Stay cool handles are positioned at either side of the steaming insert to ensure a firm grip. Each handle in designed with WMF's worldwide patent technology which prevents the transfer of heat from the body of the pot to the handle. This ensures the handles stay cool to the touch throughout the cooking process whilst exceeding the safety requirements set by DIN EN 12983-1.
